Valley Vision Clinic Hours
Many current vision plans are designed to cover many of the basic vision-related costs, but not all costs associated with eye care. Most plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment as well as additional costs that are covered by the insured patient.
We participate with many vision and medical insurance companies. Plans and coverage vary. Our staff will contact your insurance company a day or two prior to your appointment to verify your coverage and, if necessary, obtain an authorization from them.
Here are just some of the plans that we accept:
- Premera Blue Cross
- Kaiser Permanente
- First Choice Health
- United Health Care
- Molina Healthcare
- Adventist Health
- Coordinated Care Ambetter
- Washington Apple Health Medicaid
- Pacific Source
- Adventist Retirement
